My name is Terry Alve. I live in Wellington, NZ. Your (and your brother Michael's) DNA results appear prominently as matches to myself, my sister Margaret Weir, and my uncle Ivan Alve in MyHeritage. As I interpret the results, they point to my great-grandparents Carl and Maria Theresia Alve being our common ancestors. Carl and Maria emigrated to NZ from Germany in 1876 and had thirteen children, of whom nine had children of their own. This ancestral line is suggested because several of our 'Alve-descended' cousins are also matches with your DNA, The PDF Pedigree file accessible below results from searching in MyHeritage and FamilySearch genealogical data. If my assumptions are correct, Carl and Maria Alve should appear to fill two of the gaps in the last column, i.e. 16-31.
