PEDERSEN, Thelma G.L. 
We are sad to announce the sudden passing of our dear mother, Thelma Pedersen, on Wednesday, September 3, 2014, at the age of 91 years. She was the loving wife of Russell Pedersen (deceased 2006), and dear mother of Valentine (Edward) Leong of Portland, Oregon, Peter Pedersen (deceased 1994) of Nanaimo BC (Gail & Ken Bunnage), Gregory (Mineko) Pedersen of White Rock, BC, Patricia (Bruce) Livingstone of Lethbridge, Alberta, and Suzette (Dave) Pedersen/Farrant of Nanaimo, BC, 22 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Thelma was born on June 25, 1923 in Mangawhata, New Zealand and was the youngest daughter of 12 children born to her parents, Maude and Isaac Cooksley. She was the sole surviving member of all her siblings at the time of her passing.
